56 People Died After Argue with Refereeing Decision at Guinea Stadium

On Monday, Government Announced that 56 peoples are killed at Southeast Stadium Guinea, due to argue with refereeing decision during a football match. The fatal accident come about during the final of tournament in honour of Guinea military leader Mamady Doumbouya at a stadium in Nzerekore. Nzerekore is one of the largest city of nation.

Some fans threw stones, Stone-throwing sparks panic and stampede, the Government statement said that they promise to investigate properly. A video certified by Reuters shows that many peoples are climbing over high walls to escape.

Off the record, City government official said many victims were minors caught in the turbulence after police started firing tear gas. The official described scenes of confusion and disruption with some parents retrieving bodies before they were officially counted.

In the pictures and videos which are published online we can see that people are lined up on the ground. In one video more than 10 dead bodies can be seen, many of them are children. Reuters was not able to instantly confirm that footage.

Opposition group National Alliance for Change and Democracy told that authorities took responsibility for organising tournaments to boost political support for Doumbouya in violation of a change charter preceding to a promised presidential election.

There was no instant reaction from the military junta to that allegation.
