Before founding his own business, Arthur had worked for more than 15 years on Wall Street, and serving in technology roles at various companies, including JPMorgan, Chase Manhattan Bank, American Express, Hewlett-Packard, Citibank, and Lenovo, gave him valuable experience in technology. He launched LaptopMD+ in 1999 in Manhattan. It was a small repair shop at that time, but it quickly grew into a nationwide service provider, offering repairs for both software and hardware of laptops and computers.
