Nabeel Shaikh is an entrepreneur and a finance professional from Sukkur, Pakistan. He was born on 19 December 1986. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAP in 2013. He later acquired a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Northampton, UK. Shaikh started his career in big firms. He has worked with PwC, KPMG, LG, SNB Capital, and Riyadh Capital. His responsibilities included internal audit and fund management. He worked in Pakistan, UK, and the Gulf region.

Shaikh shifted to entrepreneurship after a few years in corporate jobs. He is a co-founder of Ed-Watch, an education technology platform to learn finance and business. He was also a co-founder of Mavens Advisors, a company that applies AI tools to business outsourcing. In 2023, he started Nashfact, a site that publishes business news, startup stories, and research. Other ventures associated with him include Mr. Shapatar, a restaurant chain in the UK, E Blood, a health-related venture, and Brannovate, a branding agency. He is also an advisor and board member in various companies.

Nabeel Shaikh is the first Meta-verified Chartered Accountant in Pakistan. He is also a speaker at events, a trainer of professionals, and the host of a YouTube podcast called NashCast.
His professional life has been marked by the shift from an old-fashioned career in the field of finance to innovations and the creation of projects in various spheres. It also indicates how professionals may use their professional expertise to identify new business opportunities.
