Ticket Refunds Announced for Champions Trophy Abandoned Matches

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the process of ticket refunds as two matches of ICC Champions Trophy 2025 had been abandoned due to rain in Rawalpindi and Lahore without a single ball being bowled. Three ICC Champions Trophy 2025 tournament matches were abandoned because of rain in Lahore and Rawalpindi. However, Tickets will be refunded for only two games which were Australia Vs South Africa on 25 February and Pakistan Vs Bangladesh on 27 February.

The tickets for the match between Australia and Afghanistan will not be refunded, According to the PCB refund ticket policy for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 states that ticket holders can only get refunds if the match was abandoned before the toss. The PCB has also announced that the tickets for the hospitality boxes and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) gallery will also not be refunded.

According to the Cricket Board, the eligible ticket holders will get refunds from 10 designated outlets of a private courier company from 10 March to 14. The in-progress ICC Champions Trophy 2025 ninth edition is near completion as all four seats in the semi-final have been occupied by New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Australia. The final matchups for the elimination matches are not yet confirmed as it is based on the results of the last group-stage match between India and New Zealand which is scheduled to be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday.
