Star Batter of Pakistan, Saim Ayub, has been declared fit for the upcoming HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, starting on 11 April 2025. Saim Ayub is in the Peshawar Zalmi squad and open for the team alongside wicket-keeper Muhammad Haris. Ayub sustained an ankle injury during the test match against South Africa and was ruled out of the International Squad, and missed the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 and the New Zealand Series. After the injury, Saim went to London for the rehabilitation process, and there he started his recovery phase with expert Physicians. He returned to Pakistan before Eid to celebrate this festival with his family.

The HBL PSL 10th Edition will begin on 11 April 2025 at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, where Lahore Qalandars Face defending champions Islamabad United in the opening match. Team Peshawar Zalmi will play their first match against Quetta Gladiators on 12 April at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. In addition, PCB has shared plans about adding two new teams to the HBL PSL series in the upcoming year. The names of the Team and Franchise owners will be revealed at the appropriate time, while the potential buyers have already been found.

Peshawar Zalmi has started its training sessions for both bowling and batting to improve its skills. The Team is doing net sessions to boost their confidence and morale ahead of the tournament. Six Teams will feature in this Tournament, and 34 matches will be played from April 11 to May 18. The newly rebuilt Gaddafi Stadium Lahore will host 13 matches of this tournament, including a grand final and two eliminators. While the Rawalpindi Stadium will hold 11 matches, including one qualifier on May 11. In addition, Multan Cricket Stadium and Karachi National Bank Stadium will host 5 matches each of the HBL PSL 10th Edition.
